In our studio, Yoga is For Everyone! We are a non competitive yoga studio. You do not "have" to place your foot one way, or follow posted rules. You are invited and free to learn, to move at your own pace, and to feel empowered by doing what is best for you. We will teach you about alignment, we will teach you about health and wellness, we will teach you.
